Gina and Rolf hail from different parts of the country, Los Angeles and Seattle, respectively, with distinct early career paths. Gina grew up immersed in real estate, inspired by her father’s ventures. At 18, she earned her real estate license, setting her course in the industry. Rolf, a Seattle native, became a licensed contractor right after high school. Seeking a change, he accepted an offer in LA, sold his belongings, and embarked on a new journey in the real estate world.
Their paths converged through work, and their professional collaboration eventually blossomed into a lasting marriage. Together, they established Rawson & Associates, a successful real estate venture. Their journey led them to acquire a property management company in Torrance and obtain Broker licenses, managing hundreds of units across Los Angeles.
In search of new opportunities, they explored North San Diego County and fell in love with Fallbrook, known as the Avocado Capital of California. They purchased a 7-acre property and ventured into avocado farming, discovering a passion for agriculture and the sale of ranches and farms. Their dedication to both real estate and farming culminated in the acquisition of a 20-acre avocado ranch in Temecula.
With their own office and staff, they founded Rawson and Associates in 1999, establishing themselves as the leading agents in Fallbrook. They take pride in assisting buyers and sellers across North San Diego County and the Temecula/Murrieta Valley.
Outside of work, Gina and Rolf relish family time at their ranch, embracing their roles as animal lovers and supporting organizations like the ASPCA. They also indulge in travel, exploring their favorite destinations while savoring good meals and cherished moments.
