    We relocated from Indiana to Southern California in May 2015. Rolf and Gina Rawson came highly recommended based on numerous discussions with my Indiana Real Estate Broker.     Gina and Rolf Rawson are true real estate professionals. They are very experienced in the geographical areas that they represent. Familiar with land, groves and of course homes. As a result of their expertise they are able to price competitively and respond to changing market conditions . They are very creative in marketing properties and seem to be always available by phone / email. They keep their eye on the sales transaction all the way through the escrow process. Gina and Rolf are also very resourceful. We do not live in the area and were selling a house/grove . Gina and Rolf had endless resources for repairs and improvements. They ran the show and did a great job of it. Team Rawson provides excellent informed service and they are very nice people too! Don't hesitate to call them.

    Rolf Rawson was extremely helpful in my relocation process to Fallbrook, My move was dependent upon the sale of my home in Laguna Niguel about which he also had helpful suggestions. He has lived in this area a long time and was recommended to me as someone who had a good knowledge of Fallbrook. We looked at many properties that were in my budget and met other qualifications. The morning the property that I ultimately purchased came up on the computer, I was shown it.I made an offer that afternoon. It was bank owned, I have a trust with a credit union not in the area, and very little experience in real estate. Rolf [and his whole office] was always on top of things and very helpful in facilitating the process in a timely manner.I have no desire to move but should circumstances change I would not hesitate to call on Rolf again.

    The sale of my house was not an easy one. I had a 1st and 2nd mortgage, bankruptcy, and it was a short sale about to go into foreclosure. Rolf and Gina had their work cut out for them. They were amazing. They were on top of this from the beginning and did everything possible. I am still shocked they were able to sell my house and took care of everything. I highly recommend them!!!
